1.General Description Rolling machine is an excellent equipment used for the forming of ceramic beads and balls. 2. Information of the Structure (1) Rolling Pot: The pot is main part of the rolling machine, (2) centre shaft base:connect rolling pot and speed reducer (3) Speed reducer: For type 500-1200, the speed reducer is WP worm reduction gear. (4) Motor: see the attachment (5) Frame: composed of U-Steel. The space where the machine will be installed must be flat. 3. Installation and Commissioning (1) Installation method: The ground where the machine will be installed must be very flat. (2) Commissioning: 1) Inspect the ation resistance of the electric machine winding, 2) Inspect if the wire connect to the motor properly. 3) inspect the wire between machine and motor, and check if the bolts are fixed firmly. 4) inspect the frame, to see if the installation is steady, no part is permitted to be hanged. 5) Inspect the oil feeding device, lubricant oil must be feed sufficiently. 6) After confirming there is no problem from (1) to (5), run the rolling machine about [Note] Before starting, please check information of the inverter as well. 4. Instruction of the operation for production (1) Preparation: Operator must read the record of shift exchange to inspect if the machine is in good condition. Screw and frame condition should be inspected as well. (2) Start: Before loading the material, the machine need to be run about 5 minutes. (3) Running: Operators are not allowed to leave his post during the running of the machine. (4) Stop: Stop feeding the water(or bonding agent) firstly, and then stop the feeding machine afterward, 5. Maintenance and Repair (1) Operators are requested to inspect the machine every day before starting. The dust on the cabinet (2)Screw need to be inspected every day to ensure the each part connect each other firmly. (3) Line check need to be taken every day, and big repair need to be taken every year. 6. Instruction of the automatic water/material feeding system (1) Installation Instruction: 1) Fix the rolling machine properly, the machine need to be fixed on the ground by the foundation bolt. 2) Prepare the material feeding platform, the height of the platform 3) Fix the material feed bin, the position of the feed bin need to be adjusted as per the length of 4) Fix the spiral pipe to the material feed bin. After connection, take out the spiral pipe, the position of the mouth of the spiral pipe should be in the middle rear of the rolling pot. 5) Fix the water pipe. Pay attention to install the magnetic valve correctly. The inlet of the magnetic value 6) Fix the control cabinet. The control cabinet need to fixed as per the practical condition in field. 7) Connect to the electricity. The electricity is 220V—50HZ. Power need to connected as per the connection diagram. 8) All connection above, please refer to the attached “Installation Diagram”. (2) Instruction of operation: 1) Feed enough material into the rolling machine, turn on the water valve. 2) Start the rolling machine. Switch on the power on the control cabinet. Press the button of “Feed Material manually”& “Feed water “manually” (The indication light will be turned on). Check if the spiral feeding pipe can feed the material, and check if the water can be atomized. Special Attention: the spiral feeding pipe are not permitted to be reversed. 3) If all above run well after testing, adjust the timer of water feeding and material feeding (the time should be as per customer’s production requirement). Switch on the button of “Automatic feeding material” and “Automatic feeding water” 4) During the production, if additional material or water need to be feed, the button of“Feed Material manually”or “Feed water manually” can be pressed. |
